Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your purchase is completed, except on weekends and public holidays.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using standard delivery methods, unless otherwise stated or an alternative shipping option is agreed prior.

Standard Delivery: Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days.

We do not yet ship internationally, but this will be available soon

For orders that include tracking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery within the UK on all Royal Mail orders.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, processing, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once your order is in the carrier’s possession.
