Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bond with Bambini! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us via hello@bondwithbambini.com within 14 days of delivery to see if you meet the criteria in our refund policy.

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds are up to the discretion of Bond with Bambini.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened and unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. In some cases, a replacement can be sent.
